Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced Head Chef, to join our Loveable Rogue Team. The successful candidate will lead our kitchen team, creating and delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities
– Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained
– Lead and manage the kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
– Develop innovative menu items while considering seasonal availability and cost efficiency
– Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies
– Collaborate with the management team to plan special events and promotions
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Experience

– Proven experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning

Pay: From £43,000.00 per year
