Head – Airline Marketing – NMIAL

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and managing the commercial performance & expansion of the company’s GSA multiple Airlines Business
  • Developing feasibility reports and proposals for new Airlines to facilitate operations possibilities in partnership with airport authorities & Ground Handling companies through Business Cases.
  • Responsible for coordinating with multiple teams of Sales, reservations, and airport operations of different GSA Airlines to ensure smooth & efficient customer services are delivered.
  • Responsible for preparing periodical business cases for current and prospective airlines, including quantitative data of the current market for an airline, expected revenue, yield and Load factor, equipment suitability, frequencies, and competitor’s policies.
  • Maintaining solid relations with Key corporate accounts, Travel Agents, TMC, GHA, Airport Authorities, AOC, and CAA through periodical review meetings.
  • Negotiating and finalizing the contracts of airport operations with Airport authorities, Ground Handling Agents, Airport Lounges, catering services and hotels etc. & GSA Contracts with Airlines.
  • Planning and implementing the annual marketing strategy to ensure maximum ROI is extracted through best marketing practices, including strategic marketing policies ATL & BTL.

Qualifications

  • At least a Masters in Business / Aviation / International Relations/ Marketing
  • Airport / Airline planning experience is preferred
  • 10 years+ experience
