Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organizations financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic growth objectives
• Establish and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Manage cash flow, gross margins, and overall operational expenditures
• Monitor and analyze multiple revenue streams, including recurring, project-based, and product-related income
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership review
• Oversee the accounting team to ensure timeliness, precision, and adherence to reporting standards
• Provide strategic financial insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
• Manage vendor contracts and implement effective cost control strategies
• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and applicable financial reporting requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role (e.g., Controller or Finance Director), preferably within the IT or professional services sector
• Strong understanding of service-based financial models, including recurring revenue and cost of goods sold (CoGS)
• Expertise in GAAP and accrual-based accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial software systems such as QuickBooks, Power BI, and enterprise project/accounting tools
• Proven track record of accountability, accuracy, and high ownership of financial outcomes
• Ability to execute at a high pace while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies
