Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS, etc.).
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
• Oversee direct and indirect taxation matters including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
• Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and automation of financial functions.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, vendor payments, and financial closure.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience with financial planning, analysis, and strategy.
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho Books).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
