We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Coach to join our teams in the Greater Orlando Area. There positions available at the following locations: Avalon Park, Baldwin Park, Ovideo, Tuskawilla and Maitland. As a F45 Head Coach you will:

• Support and assist with daily operations and growth for F45 studio.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and brand guidelines.
• Deliver HIIT, Strength, Cardio, and Hybrid group classes, maintaining an average of 20 classes per week, including weekends.
• Ensure proper and safe use of all training equipment, including dumbbells, ERGs, kettlebells, and weight racks.
• Conduct pre-class visual inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization, ensuring equipment is returned to its designated space per management standards.
• Stay current with and implement F45 Brand and Athletics standards at all times.
• Assist with filling class schedules by coordinating instructor availability and ensuring schedule consistency.
• Execute sales and trial-to-member conversion processes to enhance the studio experience.
• Actively participate in networking and community events to generate business and promote the brand.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating company values and professionalism in all interactions.
• Work with trainers and management to ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience.
• Adapt to evolving sales processes and studio pricing updates as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support studio operations and growth.

Experience/Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in sales and leadership
• F45 CPT or Group Fitness Certification
• CPR and AED certified

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
