Provides leadership on large project/program efforts that support divisional and executive management strategies. - Analyzes business processes and TechConnect capabilities to recommend strategic and tactical solutions, representing executive management at meetings, providing presentations, and acting independently on behalf of the department or division.

- Experience using QDM practices to problem solve and improve quality
- Ability to coach junior team members
- Strong global coordination, presentation and facilitation at the Director/VP and Sr. leadership level.
- Strong communications and human relations skills
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, finance, or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years or more of work experience in customer service/revenue/technical operations fields, analytical/quantitative business, computer modeling, or project management. Expert in field.
Demonstrated experience in leading major corporate initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge and experience in advanced financial/statistical modeling techniques, query/database tools and approaches demonstrated ability to lead people and/or executive level project/programs.
Proven ability to design, develop and implement projects, programs, solutions, and process improvements from concept to successful implementation
