Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Job Overview:

Spectra Televenture Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in the solar industry, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to directly assist the Managing Director (MD). This role requires strong business acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-level administrative and strategic support functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and business engagements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and key documents for business reviews.
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee communication, draft emails, letters, and other business correspondences on behalf of the MD.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business trips.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive business information with utmost discretion.
  • Assist in project management, tracking key business initiatives and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Support in reviewing business contracts, proposals, and presentations.
  • Facilitate smooth day-to-day operations by liaising with various departments.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely execution of action items.
  • Monitor and report on key business metrics related to the solar industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA preferred, with 2-4 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Prior experience in the solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure sector is a plus.
