Enterprise Sales Director with French

The Enterprise Sales Executive will focus on driving revenue growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with enterprise clients in French-speaking and English-speaking regions. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, and fluency in French and English. As a trusted advisor, the Enterprise Sales Executive will leverage their expertise to create innovative solutions, guide key stakeholders, and contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives.

Your tasks

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and expand enterprise-level accounts in French- and English-speaking markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
  • Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to clients, providing innovative solutions to meet their business needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
  • Lead complex sales negotiations and structure deals to maximize value for both the client and the organization
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations in both French and English
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members as needed
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 12 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record in high-value deal closures
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex sales cycles, particularly in specific industries, e.g., SaaS, technology, etc.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment
  • Experience in selling to international enterprise clients and navigating cross-border business challenges
  • Excellent spoken and written English and French skills, ensuring clear and professional communication with both internal teams and external clients
  • Open for hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week on-site in Wrocław
  • Residing in Poland required
