Role Objective:

Spearhead and launch an innovative subscription product turning our magical brand and substantial online presence into a quality global product.

Who We’re Looking For:

We seek a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit who has successfully scaled multiple e-commerce businesses, particularly in physical-product subscriptions. If you have experience in the entertainment or toy industry, that’s a plus!

Role Overview:

As E-commerce Managing Director, you will lead all aspects of our subscription product project. This includes product development, strategic planning, stakeholder communication, team management, and overseeing the product launch and ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Development: Drive the evolution of the product from concept to reality.
  • Strategic Planning: Create a detailed roadmap with timelines, milestones, and strategies for design, production, marketing, and distribution.
  • Product-Market Fit: Determine the specific product to launch and implement rapid testing methods.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team, matching talent to roles for maximum impact.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on project progress and champion the product vision.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality and consistency, incorporating customer feedback.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
