What’s the role on offer?

Part Time based onsite at our Head Office near Brisbane Airport, this exciting opportunity puts you at the heart of our Document Control team, working closely with our dynamic Senior Document Controller. As the Document Controller, you’ll provide company wide document control/librarian services to the business and actively comply with company safety & security standards and documented company procedures.

  • Efficiently manage and distribute revision-controlled company manuals, ensuring smooth manual management operations.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive register of all controlled company and supplier manuals, tracking publications, locations, holders, and revision statuses.
  • Coordinate manual distribution, updates, repairs, and archival processes in line with company requirements, including handling subscriptions and renewals.
  • Handle CASA-related documentation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safety-first culture throughout the organization.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments and with external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and support.
  • Oversee a high volume of tasks, prioritizing effectively to ensure the timely and professional execution of all administrative functions.

Who we are looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Administration and ideally experience in Document Control and Aviation. You will be excited for new challenges and embracing the growth of the Airline, no two days are the same in Aviation!

  • High proficiency in MS Word and other word processing tools, with strong computer skills, including Excel.
  • Previous experience in document control, ideally within aviation, or a solid background in office administration (2+ years preferred).
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering teamwork and building positive relationships across departments.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality, ensuring accurate and secure document handling.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent time management, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
