Required – 8 years of experience in operations and provider healthcare including experience in project management, change management and negotiations

- Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Expert knowledge of Talent Acquisition including but not limited to marketing, branding, selection systems, workforce planning and analytics, legal regulations and high performance IT systems.
- General knowledge of talent acquisition corporate governance guidelines, as well as, knowledge of talent acquisition compliance and reporting requirements.
- Exhibits proficiency in innovative sourcing; including cold calling and professional networking.
- Skills to provide leadership for the brand Talent Acquisition function.
- Strong analytical skills, and process design.
- Exhibits skills to source, attract, screen and recruit highly qualified candidates excel at developing and implementing cost effective strategies for obtaining qualified candidates.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
- Proven skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key external constituents, including vendors.
- Skills to collaborate effectively with other members of HR leadership, and Senior Leaders throughout the Health System.
- Exhibits proficiency in use of current technology and internet sourcing techniques.

- Develops and executes full-service recruiting processes and system to effectively hire top talent.
- Executes selection system that will ensure legal compliance and qualified candidates.
- Provides a measurement strategy for team success.
- Provides leadership and business oversight to the Talent Acquisition team and customers.

Light Work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work. Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated Light Work: (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible.
