Duties, Responsibilities & Other:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the technology consulting practice in Virginia, including team growth and service portfolio development.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic advisor for digital transformation, GIS, cloud services, software and systems engineering & integration, artificial intelligence (AI), data services, management consulting, and other emerging technology domains.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence across engagements.
- Responsible for financial and risk management for area of responsibility
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, leading proposals, and contributing to go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align consulting services with company objectives and client needs.
- Mentor and coach consulting team members to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects across industries.
- Deep understanding of IT strategy, GIS, cloud services, software and systems engineering & integration, artificial intelligence (AI), data services, and other related technologies.
- Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field.
- Experience working with public sector clients in Virginia
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and compliance frameworks.
