Director of Talent Acquisition

A social services organization in New York City is currently seeking an experienced profesisonal to join their staff as their Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role, the Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for devising talent acquisition strategy, methods, processes, practices and performance metrics as well as workforce planning & onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

The Director of Talent Acquisition will:

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate sourcing or recruiting campaigns
  • Ensure all talent acquisition policies, processes and practices are compliant with Federal, State and Local employment law
  • Supervise, lead, develop and enable the work of Talent Acquisition Specialists in accomplishing team goals and objectives and individual performance standards, providing development opportunities and growth plans
  • Advise leadership on hiring strategies and develop strategies for any retention issues
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition experience at a leadership level
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • strong experinece with credentialing and onboarding processes for healthcare and/or social services organizations
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
