Director of Sales

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and business development, with a proven ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively. Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain market position.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong background in customer service, demonstrating the ability to meet client needs effectively.
  • Experience in business development with a focus on technical sales is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year
