Join a growing team as the Director of Real Estate, working directly with the CEO to drive site selection and brand expansion. Based in the Cleveland Metro area, this role involves in-state travel and occasional trips to Michigan and New York. Ideal candidates have experience in the QSR/Fast-Casual segment, particularly in leasing and site approval. A Real Estate license is preferred, but not required. Apply today!

Director Of Real Estate Benefits/Compensation

  • Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 per year
  • Annual bonus up to 15% of base salary and monthly profit sharing
  • Comprehensive health insurance, 401K, and Paid Time Off
  • Cell phone allowance and technology package
  • Car allowance up to $800 per month
  • Hybrid role

Director Of Real Estate Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate management, focusing on retail or restaurant site acquisition
  • Experience managing real estate activities across multiple states and brands
  • Excellent analytical skills for market data and financial models
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • Ability to travel frequently as needed

Director Of Real Estate Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute real estate strategies for expansion
  • Identify, assess, and secure prime restaurant locations
  • Negotiate lease agreements and purchase contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for site development and openings
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
  • Build and manage relationships with real estate professionals
