Position Summary Mainstay Life Serves, a $28M nonprofit organization providing life-long, high-quality support services ensuring that people with intellectual disabilities and autism (ID/A) lead fulfilling lives, is recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our team as Director of Quality and Performance. The Director of Quality & Performance Improvement works closely with the Chief Program Officer providing strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the quality management and performance improvement in service to the mission at Mainstay; to provide life-long, high-quality support services, ensuring that people with intellectual disabilities and autism to lead fulfilling lives. The director will facilitate activities to assess the needs of the organization to measurably enhance the quality of our services and supports through outcome-based metrics, to improve the capacity of our colleagues for excellence in care through training, coaching, and continuous quality improvement, all to improve both the value and safety of our services and supports rendered. This director will also have responsibility for maintaining quality assurance and compliance with all accreditation and federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited college or university and (3) years of supervisory experience in performance improvement and training in behavioral health and human services, -OR- bachelor’s degree and (5) years of related supervisory experience in performance improvement and training in behavioral health and human service programs. Must obtain and maintain Pennsylvania Certified Investigator status and Office of Developmental Program (ODP’s) Quality Management Certification. Must have a current, valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Preferred qualifications include experience with Pennsylvania regulations 2380, 2390, 3800, 6100, 6400, 6500, 6600, Home and Community waiver regulations and Pennsylvania State Operations Manual.
