JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Property Management Systems will oversee our core property management systems, with a primary focus on the implementation and ongoing management of our Entrata system. This role will be responsible for driving the configuration, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of Entrata to meet our evolving needs and objectives
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Entrata and its ecosystem of applications.
- Supervise a team of systems specialists
- Host training sessions for onsite and corporate team members for new Entrata products
- Oversee System’s team Entrata helpdesk.
- Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, reports, workflows and dashboards.
- Able to translate business needs and derive system solutions analytical/problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with change management processes and best practices.
- Make system enhancements and modifications based on evolving business requirements and best practices of processes.
- Manages data migrations and other data transformation activities between systems.
- Generate reports and analytics from Entrata data to support decision making processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with IT and Entrata support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Help develop and support adoption of the platform as part of the transition to Entrata.
- Help document and maintain user manuals, configuration guides and associated business process flow.
- Own and maintain a backlog of business system project initiatives.
- Prioritize projects based on business needs, resource availability, and strategic alignment.
- Assist with quality control on new set ups and system migrations, be able to report on them to all levels of the organization.
- Foster positive relationships with Entrata product representatives.
- Complete system and internal checklist throughout the migration/go live process.
- Assist with managing integrations with core systems.
- Stay updated and share with operations the latest Entrata features, releases and industry trends to ensure our system remains cutting-edge.
- Review information provided by help desk tickets and resolve accordingly.
- Oversee Blue Moon platform.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of industry certifications and related work experience of 5 years or more
- Knowledge of Entrata, Yardi a bonus.
- Proven track record in managing property management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to travel to offsite locations as needed for meetings, training, etc…
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Ability to operate in an open work area with moderate everyday noise.
- Ability to work from multiple locations.
- Ability to perform other duties as required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Frequently required to sit, talk and hear.
- Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, or stoop on occasion.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
- Must have up-close and distance vision.
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:
- Pay Range: $130,000 – $150,000
- Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment. Benefits offered include medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as 401K and life insurance. Regular, full-time associates are eligible to accrue paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
