Demonstrate productive and efficient management skills. Excel in identifying and controlling critical cost elements; thereby promoting quality awareness and achieving the highest standard of excellence. Assists in formulating departmental budgets and adhering to established standards. Ensures performance improvement initiatives are implemented. Monitors staff performance. Collaborates with staff, physicians and the Chief Operating Officer to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and accurate implementation in accordance with patient care standards.Additional InformationPosition Qualification: (Training, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities)Bachelor’s degree requiredMaster’s degree in related field preferredMinimum two (2) years management experience preferredMinimum five (5) years of supervisory experience preferredDemonstrates leadership, critical thinking and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft applicationsRequired Licenses/Certifications:A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, safety, emergency and disaster management, construction management or related fields is preferred.
