Zing is redefining the future of fitness through AI-powered coaching, and we are looking for a Director of Growth to lead the charge in acquisition, funnel optimization, creative strategy, and monetization. You will be the core driver behind building a high-performing growth engine that delivers strong and scalable results across paid marketing channels.

This is not a passive scaling role – it is a high-agency, creative-operational hybrid role where you will architect the growth machine and lead a multidisciplinary team across UA, creative production, CRO, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of performance marketing strategy and execution (Meta, TikTok, ASA, and others)
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional performance team (UA, Creatives, CRO, Analytics)
  • Drive creative strategy: concept testing, iteration cycles, and structured feedback loops
  • Oversee funnel performance from ad click to checkout: CVR, bounce rate, and user journey optimizations
  • Build a culture of rapid testing and learning across audiences, offers, landing pages, and messaging
  • Work closely with product and brand teams to ensure alignment on messaging and user quality
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and marketing performance reporting to C-level and board

  • Scalable paid marketing machine with clear, consistent unit economics
  • High-performing creative concepts identified and evolved weekly
  • Funnel conversion metrics improving across touchpoints
  • A strong test-and-learn system operating at high cadence
  • A well-aligned team moving with speed, ownership, and accountability
  • Performance insights driving business-level impact and strategic decisions

We expect that you have

  • 5+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition (mobile apps, DTC, gaming, or health/fitness preferred)
  • Experience managing and scaling performance teams and campaigns across major paid channels
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, ASA, and MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
  • Deep familiarity with creative testing frameworks, landing page optimization, and offer testing
  • Fluent in key growth metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CVR, retention, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset — able to translate data into fast action
  • Experience collaborating with product and creative functions
  • Bonus: background with hybrid monetization models (subscription + upsells/IAP)
