Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Java Spring development.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams (5+ years in team management).
- Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing technical projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Hands-on experience in software design, development, and implementation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fintech industry experience is a plus.
