As Director of Benefits, you will be responsible for working closely with People Business Partners, Country leaders and Vendors in understanding the business, identifying needs and priorities and proactively providing solutions and insights. Research market best practices and be seen as a trusted business partner. You will be an active member of the Global Rewards team and will work on global projects and design and implement total rewards programs, policies and procedures.

What You’ll Do At Pega

  • Manage a team of global benefits specialists to deploy programs and policies globally
  • Analyze global benefit trends and best practices, report findings and provide recommendations to address business needs;
  • Design global benefits and wellness programs
  • Establish credibility as a subject matter expert, demonstrating a deep understanding of Pega and market best practices with benefit plans
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders:
    • Partner with legal, payroll and finance on new legislative changes with regards to benefits internationally
    • Work with Talent Advisors, as needed, to collect feedback and ensure our benefit offerings meet business needs and priorities
    • Build a consultative and collaborative relationship with key stakeholders including Pega employees, vendors and finance
  • Manage annual benefit renewals and work with local People Operations team to assist, as needed

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
  • Strong people management skills and team player
  • Demonstrated evidence of delivering against aggressive targets in a demanding and complex environment
  • Results-oriented while navigating rapid change and ambiguity
