We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead the growth of a vertically-integrated real estate platform. This senior leadership role will focus on investments and acquisitions across multifamily, office and retail. The role will suit a hands-on, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in an autonomous yet collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisitions by sourcing and tracking off-market deals, underwriting and preparing coherent, well-researched investment thesis.
• Manage the process of closing deals.
• Build and foster relationships with a network of lenders, capital partners and other industry contacts.
• Manage a pipeline of potential acquisitions and develop a clear investment strategy regarding new geographical markets and sectors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in investing or acquisitions roles in Real Estate.
• A Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field. Masters preferred.
• A deep understanding and experience in NYC real estate strongly preferred.
• A driven, results-oriented, individual with strong attention to detail.
• Established relationships and a track record of securing financing for real estate transactions.
