Responsible to develop the strategy and plan to align support services with the company’s mission and goals. Oversee divisional budget forecasts and expenditures to maintain budget and spending records. Manage all facilities services management amenities to include print services, mail and document retention services, food and beverage, recycling and shredding, warehouse, and surplus services.
- Provide leadership, coaching and development to a team supporting support services to maximize resources, manage workloads and ensure on-time deliverables.
- Identify, prioritize, and develop plans for service improvement opportunities throughout the enterprise.
- Coordinate with cost center owners and financial resources to manage divisional budget.
- Manage all food and beverage service, liquor licensing and catering contracts.
- Maintain tracking and coordination with FM Department leadership on vendor contract balances, expiration dates, RFP, and renewal cycles.
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts, oversee performance, and communicate directly on day-to-day matters.
- Oversee the storage and recovery of boxed medical and operational records.
- Drive operational and cost efficiencies by staying up to date with technological innovations and management trends, compared against industry benchmark data.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or related field is required. Master’s degree in related field is preferred.
- Nine (9) years of related experience, to include financial analysis experience is required.
- Previous experience leading a team is required.
- Knowledge of automated workflow systems, digital imaging, and printing processes.
- Financial acumen and attention to detail for reviewing divisional budgets for overages or shortfalls.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to influence others through data and analysis.
- Ability to effectively interface and present to management at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Departmental Preferences
- Experience implementing or deploying a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Three (3) years of experience in a facilities maintenance or production environment utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) contracts and/or stores and stock room functions.
