They are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join in revolutionizing the fintech space in India

Job Description

  • Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with small, large & private banks & NBFC’s, identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Drive engagement and greater collaboration between banks organisations in the ecosystem while offering expert advice and strategic inputs to ensure mutual benefits.
  • Lead and execute strategic business development initiatives to accelerate growth in our fintech platform.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with large private banks, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and empower high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the fintech sector.
  • Drive revenue growth through the implementation of innovative B2B sales strategies and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 10-18 years of proven track record of success in managing relationships with large private banks and driving revenue growth through complex B2B sales.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of steering high-performance teams towards achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in the fintech sector, with a robust understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to spearhead the company’s next phase of growth by developing and executing strategic business development initiatives.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
