What are we looking for? :

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas – Latin America Segment is seeking a seasoned and results-driven executive to lead the Finance function for its Latin America operations. This key leadership role reports directly to the SVP Latin America and will be responsible for driving financial strategy, performance management, and value creation across the region.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic finance partner to the Latin America leadership team, providing expert guidance and insights to support business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Working in close collaboration with the country CFOs, this executive will ensure alignment of financial goals, compliance with global standards, and continuous improvement of financial processes across all markets in the region.

Serving as a key finance partner to the SVP LATAM and the leaders in the organization.

Providing financial insight to the business in assessing risk and opportunities to achieving the financial commitments. This includes establishing insightful analytics that enable the business to “see around corners” or better anticipate the future.

Designing and implementing financial processes that deliver consistent and predictable results that link operational performance to the P&L, both top line and EBIT.

Proactively collaborating across multifunctional teams to create an environment that strives for global consistency of best practices identified both internally and externally to the organization.

Providing financial leadership to meet deliverables during various financial cycles including Monthly Close, Quarterly Business Reviews, Forecast cycles and other ad hoc requests.

Working closely with other members of the organization to ensure financial impacts of various business decisions are understood, aligned and communicated.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to evaluate financial health and performance.

Ensure compliance with local and regional financial laws and international accounting standards Identify and manage financial risks, including currency, tax, and operational exposure.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization across the business.

What we will appreciate about your professional background :

Proven managerial leadership ability and strong understanding of our business model.

Desirable experience in manufacturing and distribution companies.

Strong understanding of business financials and ability to explain in detail what is driving the numbers.

Provides a clear vision for future direction and leads by example demonstrating personal integrity and ethics.

Collaborative management style.

Your experience and education include:

At least 15 years of experience in jobs of increasing responsibility.

At least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related area. Advanced degree preferred.

Fluency in English / Spanish / Portuguese is important.
