Vetting television movie concepts, reading scripts, watching cuts, giving notes.

Creating and maintaining efficient organizational workflows, tracking and targeting production goals.

Tracking, coordinating and communicating movie rights and distribution deals with various internal departments.

Reviewing outside acquisitions, identifying the right platform, and negotiating rights.
-
Developing and maintaining close relationships with partner producers, international buyers, output partners, and creative talent.

3 years of Director level experience in television production or development.

Proven experience managing a high volume of projects simultaneously and independently.

The ability to turn material around quickly while maintaining a competitive creative standard.

Strong creative instincts and excellent interpersonal skills.

A flexible and curious mindset to understand how to optimize multiple budget levels.

An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities, forming new partnerships, and expanding the movie slate.

Experience with acquisitions and low-budget television movie financial templates is a plus but not essential.
