The Director of Risk & Regulatory (Non US) is responsible for leading the risk and regulatory consulting services within the PwC Acceleration Center. This role requires a deep understanding of internal controls (both business process and IT), internal audits, process audits and risk management, as well as strong leadership, sales, and thought leadership skills. The Director will work closely with clients to assess and mitigate risks, plan internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive business growth by leveraging the risk and regulatory capabilities of the Acceleration Center.

Develop and execute a comprehensive client-centric risk and regulatory strategy, aligned with the goals and objectives of the PwC Acceleration Center.Identify and pursue business development opportunities by proactively engaging with existing and potential clients, understanding their risk and regulatory needs, and offering tailored solutions.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on risk management and regulatory compliance matters across all sectors (primarily FS). Drive sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting the risk and regulatory services of the Acceleration Center and closing new business deals.Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver innovative risk and regulatory solutions that address clients’ specific needs and challenges. Lead and oversee the execution of internal audit engagements, including scoping, planning, fieldwork, and reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.Provide guidance and support to internal teams in leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance risk assessment, monitoring, and compliance processes for clients.Foster a culture of thought leadership within the Acceleration Center, staying updated with emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in risk and regulatory domain, and sharing insights and knowledge with clients and internal teams.Manage and mentor a team of risk and regulatory consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive professional growth and development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FS and non FS industry regulations and best practices in risk management and regulatory compliance.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to enhance the reputation and visibility of the PwC Acceleration Center’s risk and regulatory services.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA) preferred.A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in client-facing roles related, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.Strong knowledge of regulations, risk management frameworks, and compliance requirements.Proven experience in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, driving sales, and revenue growth in the healthcare domain.Excellent leadership, project management, and client relationship management abilities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex risks and regulatory challenges and provide practical solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present complex information in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proficiency in using data analytics and technology tools to enhance risk assessment and compliance processes.Strong commitment to thought leadership, staying updated with evolving healthcare regulations, industry trends, and best practices in risk management and regulatory compliance, and sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.Note: This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the Director – Risk & Regulatory (NON US) role.
