We are hiring a Client Success VP to our Client Success team in São Paulo!
We are hiring a VP of Client Success – Strategic Accounts to lead our most strategic client organization based in São Paulo. This executive will oversee a high-performing team composed of up to 6 directors and ~45 account executives, responsible for managing our most critical and complex client relationships. These accounts include the largest and most influential companies in Brazil, such as leading banks, consultancies, and multinational corporations. The role requires a rare combination of business acumen, leadership depth, and sophistication to engage with C-level stakeholders, co-create long-term partnerships, and drive transformation across industries. This is a highly visible leadership position with significant strategic importance and long-term potential to take on broader roles within the company — in Brazil and globally.
YOUR IMPACT
- Lead and scale the Strategic Client Success organization, fostering a high-performance culture and deep customer orientation across all levels.
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for client success, maximizing satisfaction, retention, and expansion of our most valuable accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, positioning the company as a strategic partner and thought leader in the market.
- Represent the company in top-level forums, executive roundtables, and exclusive industry events.
- Champion the company’s mission and vision within Brazil’s business ecosystem, influencing the future of wellbeing, performance, and organizational culture.
- Structure best-in-class processes for onboarding, engagement, service excellence, and renewals at scale.
- Act as the voice of strategic clients inside the organization, influencing product, operations, marketing, and global roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock growth opportunities and deliver transformative value to our enterprise clients.
- Monitor business performance, customer health, and team KPIs, taking proactive measures to ensure consistent excellence and innovation.

WHO YOU ARE
- A senior executive with 15–20 years of experience, including at least one leadership role of 5+ years with demonstrable strategic and financial impact.
- Proven track record of managing large client portfolios, leading directors, and engaging C-level stakeholders in complex environments.
- Experience working with or within large enterprises such as financial institutions, global consultancies, or multinational corporations.
- Exceptional communicator and strategic thinker — able to navigate boardrooms, executive committees, and external forums with influence and credibility.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with ability to align teams across product, operations, marketing, and global counterparts.
- Deep understanding of Client Success, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Account Management, or Customer Experience in high-stakes contexts.
- Analytical and structured, yet highly relational — you can zoom out to define a vision and zoom in to drive outcomes.
- Fully fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field; MBA is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability and ambition to take on increasingly larger strategic roles, locally and internationally.
