Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with services.Utilize extensive therapeutic and medical education tactics experience.Provide strategic and operational direction to account teams.Anticipate and address client needs with minimal guidance.Implement quality standards and best practices.Effectively drive projects, ensuring the highest standards are met.Lead strategic discussions and routine client/agency reviews.Collaborate with the scientific team lead to optimize resources.Drive actions forward, maintaining a solution-focused approach.Oversee account financials and business unit KPIs.Work closely with the VP, Client Services to set revenue targets.Responsible for accurate account and business unit forecasting.Drive new business opportunities and actively lead pitches.Manage team resourcing needs in conjunction with VPs.Contribute to the career development of direct reports and their teams.Line manage multiple team members, providing constructive feedback.Coach and mentor agency-wide, forming excellent senior-level relationships.Skills Required:
