A background in Big 4 or other major professional services firms is highly valued, particularly with a deep understanding of tax, audit, and advisory services. The role requires a proven track record in building and scaling product organizations, experience in managing large, distributed teams, and a strong technical acumen in modern product development methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, the ability to balance innovation with the practical constraints of a professional services environment, and a history of successful organizational transformation and change management. Professional certifications such as CPA, PMP, or Agile are also highly valued.
