Chief Commercial Officer

A recruiter is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join their clients team. As the CCO, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s commercial strategy and overall business growth.

You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and business development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring their achievement.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand TrickleStar’s market presence.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  5. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product development and innovation.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales and market data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
  8. Provide strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  10. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the commercial team.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, driving commercial growth and achieving revenue targets.
  3. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  7. Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
  8. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  9. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making.
  10. Experience in the technology or energy efficiency industry is a plus.
