Our client is an exceeding childcare centre located in the Waterloo area. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead and manage this 60 place service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and children
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to support growth and success
• Lead training and promote professional growth

Successful applicants will have:

• ECT qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check
• An excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• In-depth knowledge of centre operations and regulatory awareness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Excellent mentoring and leadership skills
• A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
• Right to Work in Australia without restriction
• Ideally, 2 years experience as a Centre Director, or in a similar position
