The Athletics Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of all athletic programs within Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver. This role is integral in promoting physical activity, fostering teamwork, and ensuring that all youth have access to high-quality sports programs. Alongside the Sr. Director of Club Operations, the Athletics Manager will work closely with Club staff to enhance member engagement through sports, improve program quality, and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Education, or a related field, or relevant experience
• .Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sports program management, preferably in a youth-serving organization
