Associate Director, Human Resources Partner

 

 

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Strategically partner with the business and functional leaders in a complex matrix and fast-paced environment for the company Saudi Arabia, balancing competing priorities and engaging appropriate stakeholders.
  • Lead the HR core processes in-country: workforce planning and optimization, performance development, change management, succession planning, employee relations, salary planning, and incentive compensation for the client group.
  • Maximize organizational capability by leading efforts to acquire and develop best talent in support of business growth and build strong succession and bench strength. Implement strategic talent management processes necessary to develop leaders and high performing employees.
  • Lead a team of HR Partners and HR Ops in-country, and lead through the matrix organization to drive the people related Goals and Improvement Targets for the company Saudi Arabia.
  • Spearhead HR support for all programs in-country with the team of HR partners from supporting program capture with staffing plans, to hiring for program ramp-up to ramp-down and closure.
  • Accountably leading all in-country HR processes in compliance with the company policies as well as local labor laws to all ~ 300 employees in-country including Saudi Nationals, US Expats, and Other Foreign Nationals.
  • Develop local HR processes, work instructions, and guidelines that are compliant with the company policies and local labor laws.
  • Advance organizational effectiveness using applicable HR strategies, identify appropriate team and individual learning strategies, and execute for team success.
  • Ensure that performance management and compensation processes are aligned with the company processes resulting in fair and equitable treatment for all employees.
  • Improve and manage the onboarding process in coordination with all stakeholders for all new hires. This is for Saudi Nationals as well as US Expats including the immigration process.

 

Qualifications you must have:

  • Saudi National is a requirement for this role, in line with local employment regulations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience OR a Master’s degree along with 10 years of HR experience.
  • Experience as an HR strategic business partner with demonstrated success driving business results.
  • Ability to influence and manage change, with ability to work across functions and hierarchies of the organization and in a team environment.
  • Experience of a wide array of Human Resources management including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits.

 

Qualifications required:

  • It is preferred to have HR experience with international companies within the defense industry and have a strong business acumen.
  • Ability to think strategically with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
