Responsibilities* Providing technical support to end-users by responding to IT-related inquiries or issues related to laptop, desktops, mobile devices, Active Directory (AD), Windows 10/11, Office 365 and mobile Office 365, Microsoft SCCM, printing services, anti-virus, LAN/wifi and VPN connections, seek secondary supports from headquarter teams or vendors when needed* Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software malfunction* Regular review users tickets to identify top issues and root cause, and workout technical solution or process to resolve/minimize the same issue, follow up user’s feedbacks* Monitor and review the local team’s SLA, provide regular management reports and dashboards* Manage and support the Tap and Print printer infrastructure system, perform UAT before implement new functions in production systems, and regular re-validate security settings of all printers* Manage the end of warranty printers and end of support printer decommission, assist users to evaluate, purchase, and migrate to new printers* Work with IT project manager on office transformation/renovation projects, and branch relocation, work with vendors to setup infra in new offices, relocate users and their IT equipment to new offices* Manage the Microsoft Windows and O365 regular security patches delivery to all user’s computers for compliance deadline, arrange ad-hoc patches and security fixes to individual systems or user’s computers when required* Manage the local support teams and liaise with the headquarter’s support teams* Manage decommissioned laptops/desktops and printers for proper disposal according to the IOT security and e-waste procedure, and work with NGO for donation and user’s laptop buyback program* As a second level support to assist frontline support engineers for VVIP (Board of Directors, CEO, CFO, and MC members)* Attend and conduct regular team meetings to share latest updates, and directions from SG headquarter, act as a bridge to deliver the headquarter’s messages to all local teammates* Conduct user briefing/training, workshops, tech-expo, roadshows online and on-site to drive new technology and new systems adoption Requirements* Proficient in laptops/desktops and mobile devices (iOS and Android), Windows 10/11, Active Directory (AD), Office 365 (email, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint) and Mobile Office 365 (Intune), Microsoft SCCM, LAN/Wifi, and VPN* Good knowledge on HP, Lexmark and Ricoh printer support* At least 10 years of deskside and end user support experience on medium to large scale user base* Good knowledge of QlikView and Tableau* Good knowledge on IT security and risk culture mindset* Willing to learn new technology (e.g. GenAI) and drive user adoption* Good verbal communication skill on Cantonese and English, good written communication skill on English* The ability to interact with end users, multiple support teams local and in other countries/markets, and multiple local and overseas vendors* Positive attitudes and able to adopt fast changing working environment and technology industry”,”salaryCurrency”:”HKD”,”educationRequirements”:{“@type”:”EducationalOccupationalCredential”,”credentialCategory”:””},”experienceRequirements”:{“@type”:”OccupationalExperienceRequirements”,”monthsOfExperience”:”0″,”description”:”SCCM, QlikView, English, Windows, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, IT, Active Directory, VPN”},”experienceInPlaceOfEducation”:false,”industry”:”Finance”,”jobBenefits”:”Maternity & Paternity Leave, Sick Leave, Vacation & Paid Time Off”,”directApply”:false}<![CDATA[]]>
