We are looking for a Assistant Chief Steward based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!

As a Assistant Chief Steward, we rely on you to:
Supervise and enforces proper hygiene in all F&B back-of-house areas
Supervise all aspects of cleaning supplies, included ordering, receiving, storing & issuing
Monitor cleaning standards of all equipment, containers and food contact surfaces
Provide training for the colleagues and to ensure they are obtain the highest standards of quality and productivity

We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in F&B operations with 1 – 2 years experience as assistant chief steward
Sound knowledge of food hygiene and safety of workplace in compliance with the HACCP and the standard of the Club
Familiar with handling of chemicals is an advantage
Good command of English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
