They are at growth phase and hiring for Head of Policy Risk for Educational Loans/Digital Loans/Institutional Loans Key Responsibilities: Responsible for formulating Policy and for Credit and Portfolio Risk Policy Training to the team Validating documents that require approval from Policy team. Close collaboration with business/credit/collection teams to roll out corrective actions in line of regulators mandates. Devising risk strategy and building risk solutions. Preparing risk dashboard and management reporting. This role will provide enriched learning in managing risk and has the potential to enable accelerated career growth for the candidate. Key Skills Required: 8-15 years of relevant work experience in policy risk for loans.
