Our platform uses OpenAI (the service behind ChatGPT) along with our own experience as one of the World’s leading executive search technology providers to analyse the job spec and the resume and identify the questions that a recruiter is most likely to ask.
The candidate then sits the interview. Our platform will ask questions and the candidate will be able to answer them directly (a microphone is required for this – users also have the option to type out responses). In some circumstances, our AI recruiter may ask follow up questions based on the candidate reply, before moving on to the next key question area.
At the end of the interview process, the candidate will receive a full analysis of their responses, with specific feedback for improvement. Candidates requiring further assistance can even book a session with one of our experienced team of professional career coaches.
