Design a branded, industry-leading and experiential caregiver curricula for Aidaly’s family caregivers
Develop and implement both digital and in-person clinical education initiatives that adhere to federal and state regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines) and set a new standard for family care training with world-class experiences that transform the industry
Partner with the Head of Clinical Care to understand training needs and curricula tied to data collection (i.e. health outcomes)
Partner with the Product team to develop and ship in-app training modules and assessments, and credentialing mechanisms
Partner with the Market Launch Team to complete training goals commensurate with new market needs and growth opportunities
Track training completion and performance rates, and compliance audits
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs
Continuously make process, program and operations improvements; and proactively surface areas of improvement for the company
Maintain an organized information system on all education requirements, materials and processes
Manage training budget to efficiently allocate resources and define operational plans for both live and in-person training, events and collateral
Support Aidaly team onboarding that educates on key aspects of company operations, their role, and standard of excellence

Requirements
Practical experience in Product Design, Content Creation, Education, or related
3+ years’ experience in workforce training or consumer-facing education, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Intimate experience with Rover, Lyft, or similar products strongly preferred.
Proven track record designing and delivering effective user education and skills-based content libraries for consumer products
You’re uncannily good at developing clear, concise, and engaging learning experiences.
You’re a brand thinker with flawless execution.
Spanish speaking a major plus
