We are currently hiring suitably qualified and experienced individual as Business Development Director for our Executive Search service unit. The main responsibility of this role is to lead a team of specialist in domestic and international clients development and service. The focus include the offering of executive search, talent acquisition, consulting, advisory and other related HR solutions services to a wide spectrum of industry, with the initial focus being technology, legal and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Business Development:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their leadership needs and organizational culture.
- Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, pitching services, and negotiating contracts.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior clients, stakeholders, and candidates.
- Lead client briefings, stakeholder interviews, and position specifications development.
Search Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of retained executive search assignments from inception to completion.
- Lead research strategies to identify target talent pools across industries and geographies.
- Guide and mentor search consultants and researchers in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, competency assessments, and reference checks.
- Present shortlists of qualified candidates and facilitate client interviews and feedback cycles.
Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Lead and develop a high-performing executive search team, providing mentorship and professional development.
- Ensure excellence in search methodology, candidate care, and stakeholder management.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics (e.g., search completion rate, client satisfaction).
- Continuously improve internal processes, market intelligence, and tools for competitive advantage.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or leadership advisory roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership or client-facing role.
- Demonstrated success in placing senior executives (e.g., Senior Management, C-suite, Board Members, Functional Heads).
- Strong understanding of talent trends, leadership assessment frameworks, and organizational structures.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build long-term client and candidate relationships based on trust and credibility.
