The Consumer Banking Group Data Chapter is committed to building a data driven organization and maximizing the key data capabilities to transform how CBG does business. Responsibilities:
- Data Storytelling & Insight Translation: Leverage data analytics to uncover opportunities for personalized customer experiences and impactful business outcomes. Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives that drive informed decision-making and strategic conversations.
- Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the design, development, and execution of owned channel communication initiatives. Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget, aligned with strategic goals and measurable results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with key stakeholders across Technology, UI/UX, Product Management, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, and other departments to align efforts and drive integrated solutions.
- Innovation & Emerging Technology: Harness the power of AI/ML to optimize customer engagement and enhance operational efficiency. Stay at the forefront of FinTech advancements and proactively incorporate relevant innovations into business practices.
- Project Management: Exhibit strong leadership in navigating complex challenges with structured problem-solving and agile project management. Distill intricate concepts into actionable plans that drive tangible progress.
- Culture of Innovation & Automation: Advocate for a culture rooted in innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven thinking. Promote intelligent automation and smarter ways of working to maximize productivity and impact.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, with a proven record of achieving business goals.
- Experience in Data storytelling, insights generation, visualization.
- Program management, innovation strategy, outcome-driven execution.
- Strong business acumen, with preferred familiarity in Consumer Banking – including service and product lifecycles, and their integration within various ecosystems.
- Understanding of consumer banking technology and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Positive, resilient attitude, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments.
