Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related fields
- 8+ years software engineering experience in a distributed cloud environment
- Hands-on experience in building and operating highly available and large-scale services
- Strong development experience in Java, C++, or similar OO languages
- Experience with containers and cloud native components
- Experience with scripting languages for developing automations
- Experience in developing resilient and fault tolerant systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing services on a public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle)
- Experience and understanding of cloud infrastructure services, regions, and multi-AD designs.
- Building CI/CD pipelines with robust testing and deployment

Responsibilities
As a member of the SaaS continuity Engineering team your focus will include one or more of the following:
- Continuity engineering tooling that would require knowledge of telemetry, discovery, middleware, and all SaaS components
- Design resiliency features for the SaaS platform and launching them into production
- Design services that are highly available, scalable, and redundant while balancing speed and quality with iteration and incremental improvements.
- With your knowledge of Infrastructure components (Compute/Storage/network) design services that improve the availability, scalability, and reliability of or SaaS infrastucture implementations.
- Operate high-scale services and understand how to make them more resilient.
- Drive tactical execution of features and projects, and own feature design.
