As Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted advisor and right hand to the executive leadership team, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans. You will help align cross-functional teams, lead high-impact projects, and support the overall effectiveness of the leadership office.

Chief of Staff for Shared Service Centre

Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic planning, execution, and business performance tracking
Coordinate and oversee key initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and geographies
Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and reporting materials
Facilitate effective decision-making by gathering and analyzing relevant data and insights
Monitor and control costs and budget within all operational departments
Represent leadership in meetings and cross-department initiatives when needed
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase organizational efficiency

Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience in Business Management, Strategy Development, Project Management, Finance
Over 1 year of experience in managing team
Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
MA degree in Business Management, Business Inteligence & Reporting or Finance & Economics
Strong understanding of Finance, Risk, Audit and Regulatory requirements
Proved change management experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Experience in project management would be an advantage
