As we expand globally, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic CTO to lead our technology team in India and Pakistan.

Role overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and scale our technology operations in India. This is a remote role, offering the opportunity to build and manage a high-performing development team while driving product innovation, scalability, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the technology strategy to align with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the development and architecture of our tech platform, ensuring scalability and security.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive product innovation.
• Implement best practices in development, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor emerging technologies to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
• Manage technology budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a CTO or Head of Technology role.
• Proven experience leading remote tech teams and scaling engineering operations.
• Strong expertise in web and mobile development technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or health-tech platforms is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Perfect / excellent English is required, as daily communication with UK stakeholders will be necessary.
• Ability to work independently and drive technology initiatives with minimal supervision.
