- 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise a small engineering team
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance and energy conservation practices
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS systems) and standard office software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills to collaborate with the team
- Able to join immediately
