As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be at the center of strategy, execution, and communication — acting as a force multiplier across the C-suite and leadership team. You’ll lead mission-critical projects, structure internal operations, and serve as a trusted partner to the CEO in driving alignment, clarity, and momentum across the business. This is a proactive, high-trust leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, product thinking, and people management — and who loves making complex things move faster, cleaner, and smarter.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO to prioritise, plan, and drive strategic initiatives
- Act as a project manager for the C-level team — ensuring priorities are aligned, tracked, and delivered
- Own OKRs, reporting cycles, strategic planning, and leadership meeting cadences
- Build systems and structures to improve cross-team communication and execution clarity
- Step in to own or stabilize complex initiatives (new teams, special projects, fire drills)
- Be the voice of structure and accountability across the org
- Prepare CEO and leadership for key meetings, board updates, fundraising, and communications
- Work with key leads (Product, Growth, Brand, Finance) to align efforts and unblock execution

We expect that you have

- 4-6+ years in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Ops, Product, or Founder/CEO support roles
- You’re proactive, emotionally intelligent, and unafraid to challenge or clarify
- Experience with startups or high-velocity environments (especially product-led companies)
- You are structured, analytical, and process-minded — but flexible enough to move fast
- You’re comfortable leading meetings, asking hard questions, and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communicator — written and verbal — with great context-building skills
- Experience owning strategic projects end-to-end, not just observing them
- Bonus: background in fitness, consumer tech, or mobile apps is a plus
