Executive Vice President, Digital Trust

As an EVP of Digital Trust at Epical, you will be at the forefront of our mission, leading our Digital Trust business area and shaping the strategic direction of the company. You will be part of our extended management team, playing a crucial role in strengthening our offering portfolio and driving sustainable business growth. This role demands a dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset—someone who thrives in fostering client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and inspiring teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Digital Trust offering portfolio, driving its strategic direction and long-term growth.
• Strengthen and expand our business by enhancing profitability, identifying new opportunities, and growing the client base.
• Cultivate a high-trust, high-engagement team culture through clear vision, transparent communication, and leadership by example.
• Drive business development efforts by expanding consulting offerings, deepening relationships with existing clients, and penetrating new markets.
• Shape and refine sales strategies together with our growth team, ensuring continuous development of sales processes and client engagement approaches.

What We Look For:

We seek an accomplished leader with an IT consulting and commercial leadership background. You should have a proven ability to navigate a dynamic business environment, shape corporate strategies, and foster cultural and operational transformation for sustained growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of industry expertise, with 5–10 years in senior leadership roles (Director of a business area, management team member).
• Track Record: Must have demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing businesses within consulting, IT, sales, or leadership domains.
• Business Acumen: Strong commercial mindset, with expertise in sales, profitability, and business development.
• Industry Network: Well-connected in the Nordic cybersecurity ecosystem of vendors and suppliers, with a strong grasp of key industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, energy, public, and finance.
• Education: Relevant technical or business education.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, and Swedish language skills are highly valued.

Experience in leading and managing business operations within cybersecurity in general and identity and data security in specific is a plus.

Travel & Reporting Structure:

Travel includes recurring, however not extensive, travel to meet clients, peers and direct reporting personnel in our different locations. You will report to our CDO Thomas Anderson and work closely with other Business Area Leads as a part of the extended Epical Management Team (EMT).

This is a hybrid role, and our preferred location is our stunning new office in Hötorgsskraporna, Stockholm. However, you can also be based in any of our offices across Sweden, including Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås, Örebro, and Skövde. Please note that to be eligible for this position, you must reside in Sweden and hold a valid work permit.
