Job Description

• Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders-particularly PLN-to ensure long-term business cooperation and joint initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize solar energy projects for further development.
• Conduct in-depth feasibility studies and technical evaluations for solar energy initiatives.
• Lead and manage development activities for utility-scale solar projects.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.4.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience working with hybrid solar PV systems (integration of solar PV, battery storage, and diesel generators).
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing technical specifications and drawings for solar PV systems.
• Strong analytical skills and solid numeracy, with the ability to perform complex data analysis.
• Candidate has to have hands-on experience in design, preparing BOQ, BOM.
• Strong track record in COMMERCIAL rooftop solar PV system
