About The Role

As an Principal Emulation Design Verification Engineer, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering high-quality, next-generation AI-integrated server-class SoCs. Your responsibilities will include executing the SoC design emulation verification for server-class AI cloud-native processors, with a significant focus on verifying cache coherency to ensure optimal performance and data consistency across multiprocessor systems

What you’ll achieve:

  • Develop and execute emulation design verification strategies in the domains of system level stress and cache coherency.
  • Create emulation models from RTL to run test content, using industry standard emulation platform technology.
  • C++ based test content development.
  • Utilization of emulation platform tools, including Palladium and Zebu, to enhance the verification and validation processes.

About you:

  • 6+ years of experience in SoC emulation-based verification processes.
  • High skilled in verifying cache coherency models.
  • Expertise in industry standard emulation technologies like Palladium or Zebu.
  • Solid understanding of ARM or x86 Architecture.
  • Proficient in developing simulation and emulation friendly verification IP in C/C++, Python or System Verilog.
  • Knowledge of emulation compilation flows, debug capabilities and performance tuning.
  • Familiar with peripheral protocols such as DDR/CXL/PCIe.

Education

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science & 8 years of related experience; MS degree & 6 years

The full base pay range for this role is between $140,500 and $234,500, except in the San Francisco Bay Area where the range is between $152,500 and $254,000. We offer an annual bonus program tied to internal company goals and annual meritocratic equity awards that enable our employees to participate in the success of the company.
