The Interim Director, Creative Service Operations – GTM will report to the Executive Director, Creative Service Operations and will work with key stakeholders, acting as the International liaison for Go-to-Market creative assets. This role requires 2 – 3 days on site at our NYC HQ and can expect an hourly rate of $70 – 75, dependent on experience.
This position is a maternity leave coverage for six months and is ineligible for bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for regional teams once an asset pack (toolkit) has been delivered, supporting post launch needs including clarification, troubleshooting, and asset optimization that may fall within and outside standard guidelines.
- Manage incoming requests from markets including EU, APAC, UK, and DACH. This includes addressing missing or incorrect assets, toolkit access issues and local compliance questions.
- Ensure international teams are equipped with the right resources to move forward independently, identifying and addressing clarifying points from the initiation of the brief and ensure timing can be met.
- Liaise with the retouching team to request alternate formats (CMYK for OOH, etc.) and assist with usage questions to ensure assets are properly adapted for regional needs.
- Troubleshoot access issues, versioning concerns, and asset misplacement on Bynder, escalating to the appropriate teams
- Stay in regular contact with regional design teams to align on upcoming priorities, asset needs, and timelines.
- Manage the monthly budget allocated for regional needs across both the Americas and International, including additional design support through creative partners and translation costs.
- Manage the Global Marketing Asana board for international requests. Assigns incoming regional requests to appropriate PM, determining if the request leverages existing assets or if the toolkit has not yet launched:
- If assets are available, route the request to the appropriate teams
- For large scale OOH requests, partner closely with International Creative team to ensure assets are workable and aligned, while looping in Global Consumer Engagement and Global Creative for both visibility and alignment.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in project management
- Beauty industry background / experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Marketing, or Business
- Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the NY Office each week)
- Analytical and insightful with strong attention to detail
- Flexible yet focused on end goal results

Salary Range
$70—$75 USD
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
